If you prefer to moderate posts, then you should go over the uploading guidelines here: gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...s=&s=view&id=6645. An understanding of image quality (compression, lossy vs. lossless etc.) is also required.

If you are familiar in both areas, you may express interest in both.
