Can I upload anime gifs/gifs of anime to gelbooru? How do I source them? Are APNGs supported and allowed here? What is the max file size for uploading files?

I do know gelbooru allows gifs which classify as posting an image. Best to tag them animated gifs. As for the other questions that requires someone with more knowhow.

most of the content on the site is japanese-related so as long as the gifs meet the quality standards it should be okay.
